1. Memberships

1.1 Life Arts offers two types of memberships:
a) Free Community Membership
b) Classic Membership (£15 per month)

1.2 By subscribing to our Classic Membership, you agree to pay the monthly fee of £15.

1.3 Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.

1.4 You can cancel your Classic Membership at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Content

2.1 Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

2.2 By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

3. Accounts

3.1 When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Life Arts and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

5.1 Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Life Arts.

6.1 We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
