Wellbeing and Meditations by Giles Bryant
About Course
Giles Bryant is a yoga and meditation teacher, singer, musician, music producer, complementary therapist and voice and transformative coach.
He was born in Chelmsford, Essex in 1975, excelled academically, in sports and represented Great Britain at the World Scout Jamboree in 1991 in South Korea.
Giles is a Bachelor of Laws and was training to become a barrister when he discovered the transformative power of yoga and meditation in 1994. He discovered there was more to life than earning vast amounts of money and devoted himself to the study of yoga, psychology, philosophy and healing rather than perusing a career in law.
After graduating from Bristol, Giles went to live in a forest, helping manage an ancient woodland, whilst deepening his practice of yoga and meditation – as the ancient yogis did, under the trees away from society. During this time, he studied and later completed the 3.5-year course of Self Realisation Fellowship, becoming a disciple of the great yoga master, Paramahansa Yogananda, and being initiated in Kriya Yoga Meditation, the highest technique of yoga.
Giles continued to study a variety of yoga, meditation and a wide range of healing techniques. He spent time in ashrams in India, Europe and USA studying with world leading experts. Giles is a certified Yoga Teacher, Metamorphic Technique and Indian Head Massage practitioner.
Giles developed the nationwide Wellbeing In Schools programme and has taught yoga and meditation techniques to thousands of children around the country.
Giles developed a love of sacred music, becoming an accomplished singer and multi-instrumentalist. He released his first album ‘Sacred Songs & Spiritual Chants in 2001 and has released 10 albums of his own music, as well as producing music for a range of artists.
Giles has a daily practice of yoga meditation, singing and service. He has run the World Healing Project for nearly 19 years, which promotes wellbeing initiatives around the world.
In 2012 he released the first Perpetual Choirs album which was a 4-year project featuring some of the world’s greatest spiritual musicians. This was followed in 2021 with the release of One World, an 8-year project which included recording around the world. In 2024 he released UNITY, a 2-year project featuring songs such as 108 Oms and Jai Ma – which bring deep healing vibrations into accessible music.
Giles has run events around the world, including concerts in New York, Los Angeles, throughout India, in Australia and music around Europe.
Giles has a deep love a nature and spends a lot of time developing Gardens of Paradise with clients to create spaces for people to relax, grow food and connect to the healing of the earth.
He runs Voice Empowerment sessions helping people find their true voice, which he does in workshops at events, in corporate settings and 1-2-1.
Giles has a long working relationship with Life Arts, having given many live music performances, talks, workshops as well as working on his World Healing Project stall, or supporting his wife Juliette Bryant with her Juliette’s Kitchen nutritional products.
Giles will often be found taking photos and making videos for Life Arts events, using his skills developed through a 30-year practice of yoga and meditation to get the best out of people and create photos and videos of a high vibration.
